Experience a day of quiet in the beautiful setting of An Sanctoir.
Guided mindfulness practices, silence, sharing a meal together.
A day to rest and replenish.
We will practice gentle movement, walking in nature, sitting meditation, body scan and loving kindness.
The day will be held mostly in silence, but there will be opportunities for sharing and connecting.
It is suitable for people with experience of mindfulness, but also for beginners – an opportunity to find out what mindfulness can bring to your life.
A light lunch of soup and salad will be provided, as well as tea and coffee.
